Ive heard whats new, so now whats not?
Don't touch the fire, it'll burn you, its hot
Same goes for the boy, in jeans and a tee
He'll make you feel wild and never-endingly free
He'll take you to places you never knew existed
Your beautiful fairytale ... little do you know you just missed it
Because there in the corner sits the guy of your dreams
Only living so he doesn't fall apart at the seams
Because the girl he once knew, and the girl he once loved
Has floated away on a fantasy, her head with the doves
Sorry to sound big-headed, but honestly, right now this poem beats everything, even melted chocolate and strawberries ........
And, something I never would have expected, it beats Robert Froste right now ... by the way, he's my fave poet right now!!!!!
